Where did you grown up?
I grew up in a small town outside of Austin called Georgetown. I am from a family of 6 with 1 sister and 2 brothers and I am the youngest. My parents (and one brother) still live in Georgetown and I try to visit them as often as possible.

What do you love about your craft?
As far back as I can remember, I have loved organizing and arranging things to make them look "pretty". I used to help my mom organize her closet and I always wanted to make sure all of the colors hung and were folded together. Over the years, that love turned into a bigger dream of starting my own business making pillows, bed linens, curtains, etc. I love to make a space look inviting and beautiful. I love working with different textiles and textures. I adore the coolness of linens and love adding it to any room.

What have you learned over the years?
I've learned that everyone has a different gift and that we all don't see the world through the same lens. This can be true about anything from design, to life, to religion, to politics, but specifically in design, I have enjoyed learning from other creative people who bring their own artistic flair into their products. It has helped me to appreciate all of the different people in our world and want to listen to their perspectives and how they see the world.
